  • Product Lifecycle: Be comfortable discussing stages from introduction to decline.

  • Positioning and Messaging: Know how to craft and adapt them based on target audiences.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Understand the steps to successfully launch a product.

  • Competitive Analysis: Be prepared to share your approach to analyzing competitors.


3. Prepare Your Personal Stories


In drafting your CV/resume, you've already sorted through mountains of experience to pick out what best represents you. It's not unusual for interviews to include either a CV walk-through, or questions specific to what you've written on your resume.
